How are monthly orders counted?
We count the total Shopify orders your store processes each month - not just orders that earn or redeem points. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle.
What happens if I go over my order limit?
You keep running - nothing switches off. Extra orders are billed at your plan's published rate ($15 / $12 / $10 per 100 orders). The rate is fixed and shown up front, so there are no surprise charges and you're never auto-upgraded to a higher plan.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 200 orders a month with a working points program, on-site widget, free migration, and 24/7 support - no credit card required.
Do paid plans include a trial?
Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
Can I switch plans as my store grows?
